and
Bone Grafting
No charge starting in Fall 2026

Sometimes teeth become damaged beyond repair due to decay, infection, gum disease, or trauma. In these situations, a dental extraction may be necessary to remove the unhealthy tooth and eliminate pain or infection. After a tooth is removed, the jawbone that once supported the tooth can begin to shrink over time.

This process, known as bone loss, can make it more difficult to replace missing teeth in the future and may affect a person's ability to eat, speak, and smile comfortably.

A bone graft is a procedure that helps preserve or rebuild the jawbone after a tooth extraction. During the procedure, specialized bone grafting material is placed into the extraction site to help support the body's natural healing process and maintain the bone needed for future dental treatment.

At Dental Hearts, our goal is to help patients restore their oral health and create a strong foundation for future tooth replacement options, including dental implants.

By combining dental extractions with bone grafting when appropriate, we can help preserve the jawbone and improve long-term treatment outcomes. Our compassionate team is committed to making the process as comfortable as possible while helping patients take an important step toward a healthier smile.
